BRECON ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEMS
Electrical Control Systems offer you the possibility to directly select which formwork you want to vibrate and when. They represent an open system, which comprises the most modern control technology, however older and already installed vibration equipment can also be integrated into it. The flexibility of these system are unequalled. For more information visit our Electrical Control Systems web page.

BRECON EXTERNAL VIBRATORS FOR THE CONCRETE COMPACTION INDUSTRY
There are 2 methods of compacting concrete via external vibration. Wet-cast concrete gets consolidated by external vibrators mounted to the outside of a mould. This reduces the cohesion and friction between the components. Grains are therefore able to become denser and the enclosed air can move upward and escapes. Dry-cast concrete achieves compaction through external vibrators on top. With this method the concrete gets pressed and the enclosed air of the concrete moves out. Visit our Concrete Compaction web page for more information about our External vibration technology.

BRECON EXTERNAL VIBRATORS FOR THE CONVEYING INDUSTRY
For applications like conveying, sieving, loosening and breaking-up, BRECON offer a big range of external vibrators from 500 1/min up to 3.000 1/min. All these vibrators are available in 50Hz and 60Hz mains frequency and on request special executions (e.g. 500V) are available. We would be pleased to help you selecting the correct vibrator for your application. Visit our External Vibrators for the Conveying Industry web page for more information.

BRECON FREQUENCY CONVERTERS
Frequency converters are required for operation of vibrators with 6000 oscillations per minute. In addition to converters with a fixed frequency of 200 Hz, BRECON also supplies converters with variable output frequency. These variable converters allow the frequency and thus the centrifugal force (acceleration) to be adapted to the requirements of the concreting operation and the respective formwork conditions. For more information visit our Frequency Converters web page.

BRECON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL VIBRATORS FOR THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY
The RMCSPL range of BRECON internal and external vibrators are suitable for a wide range of concrete compaction - dry-cast and wet-cast concrete. Visit our Vibration Technical Applications for more information about what Concrete vibration technology is available form RMCSPL.

BRECON INTERNAL VIBRATORS FOR THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY
Internal Vibrators are well suited for rough applications and a long service life. Thanks to the optimal power output of the motor the rotation speed always stays constant, even under extrem load requirements. These Internal Vibrators are designed to make servicing them easy. Visit our Internal Vibrators web page for more information about our Internal Concrete vibration technology.

BRICK BASKETS
Our Brick Baskets / Scaffold hoists are the perfect way to hoist bricks, cement and other building materials safely up to floors of a multi-level structure.

BUTTERFLY TIES
Traditional galvanised wire Butterfly Ties. Twist central is used to prevent moisture travelling across cavity (twist must be placed down the cavity).
Used in general for house & building walls in the building and construction industry. Approximately 3 to 4 Butterfly Ties to be used per square meter. Length of the Butterfly tie must be at least 20mm less than total wall thickness.
Visit our Butterfly Ties web page for more information about our Butterfly Ties.

CASING END SEALS
RMCSPL End Seals outperform the costly and labour intensive brick and mortar method of sealing casing ends. While soil stress and pipe movement cause mortar to crack, the RMCSPL products move with the pipe, insuring the integrity of the seal. Unlike link-type sealing blocks that are limited to carrier/casing differential and can only be used on a concentric profile, the RMCSPL seals are totally flexible. RMCSPL offers four types of end seals which can accommodate any combination of pipe sizes. Visit our Casing End Seals web page for more information.

CASING SPACERS & CENTRALISERS
Our Casing Spacers centre water and sewer pipes in casings with ease of installation, are virtually corrosion proof and provide insulating protection from a possible electrical shorting between the carrier pipe and casing. No special tools are needed, no grease is used and they are easily bolted on by a single worker. Casing Spacers eliminate the need to fill the casing annulus with sand which is extremely labor intensive. Sand in the annulus also acts as an electrolyte thereby introducing unwanted current to the steel or ductile iron. With no need for this fill, Casing Spacers are your answer to lower installation costs with continued access for maintenance.

Casing insulators are used to support and electrically insulate a pipeline from a casing pipe through which it must pass and are used in river crossings, canal crossings and bridge crossings as well as highway and railroad crossings. We recommend installation of polyethylene casing insulators every 1,8 to 2,4 meters. Visit our Casing Spacers web page for more information.

DAMP COURSE
Practically all building materials absorb water. This should not and need not be a problem. In reality water is the single most damaging cause of structural decay. Rising Damp is responsible for more building maintenance costs than any other cause.

Dry Rot, Wet Rot, Rising, Lateral and Penetrating Dampness along with condensation, all arise because of unwanted and unnecessary water in buildings. These conditions create the perfect environment for the growth of fungi and the spread of wood destroying insects.

If treatment is delayed for any reason the damage will be much more than cosmetic. The fabric of the building will be damaged and its structural integrity threatened to a point where it will become unsafe. When the external signs become evident - damage has already begun. There should be no delay in undertaking remedial work. Delay will incur additional risk and cost.

Rising Damp is a very real possibility wherever a wall is in contact with the ground. The soil, which normally has a high moisture content, acts as a reservoir. The evaporation of water from the surfaces of the wall exposed to the air cause the fabric of the wall to act as a 'sponge' drawing moisture up from the ground, through the bricks, stone or mortar. Depending on the construction and materials of the wall serious damage can occur anywhere up to 1.2 metres above ground level.

Lack of, or the presence of an ineffective Damp Course will inevitably lead to Rising Damp and all the attendant damage that entails. To view pictures of our product and pictures of how to install damp course, view our Damp Course web page.

All of the models are rated for a variety of wire sizes and types – that means fewer wire grips are needed.
Due to its instant release system, NGK Wire Grips can be inserted or removed from a wire with ease. The grips have large eye openings that are compatible with standard hooks and easily attach to all model pullers.
The RMCS range of Nagaki Wire Grips are made from forged steel. They are durable yet lightweight and feature a Chromate finish that protects them from rust and corrosion.
